Return Policy:

If you are not pleased with each purchase for any reason, please notify me within 10 days of receipt via the contact page. Items must be returned in their original packaging, insured (if applicable), and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance (if applicable), unless agreed otherwise. After 10 days, no returns will be accepted. A refund will be issued once I receive the item for the purchase price (not including shipping and insurance). I recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt. All credit card refunds will be applied to the same card used for the original purchase.

If you are returning an item due to defective workmanship, you can request that the item be remade providing that I have the

same materials available in my inventory, or request a full refund. I will

refund you the item purchase price plus return shipping and insurance (if applicable). Shipping charges will only be refunded if an item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:

Shipping, handling and insurance will be calculated at checkout. Items are shipped within 2 days after receiving paid order via Priority Mail using the USPS.

Warranty:

Every effort has been made to construct my jewelry with quality components and excellent craftsmanship, however, I understand that things do happen. Should your jewelry require repair within six months from normal wear and tear, please contact me via the contact page. Shipping charges are your responsibility.

You will be notified once your jewelry has been received, inspected and prior to any repairs. Charges may apply, but you will be notified of any charges before repairs are made.

I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, but you may also pay me securely with any major credit card through PayPal!(Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, e-check)

Money Order (Please complete the contact page with the item number(s) you wish to purchase in the comments section. Your purchase will be held until your money order is received but will not be held for longer than seven (7) days.
